Prospect Contact
Recommended for time-sensitive but relatively easy to fill positions that may require a recruiting jumpstart or tactical support. This type of project can usually be completed within one week. We will assist in refining the position profile, research appropriate companies, and make contact with employed individuals.
We will discuss the position with 12 currently employed individuals within targeted companies and attempt to recruit them to the point that they will accept a phone call from you. We will prepare a profile on interested prospective candidates in real time and deliver to your recruiting staff. Your recruiters will likely be in a position to make immediate contact with one or more interested prospective candidates. No performance guarantee is made beyond the contact with 12 currently employed individuals in targeted companies. A summary report will be provided to you at the conclusion of the project.
Candidate Development
Recommended for time-sensitive, difficult or complex positions which may require out-sourced recruiting support or executive search, but for which budget constraints prohibit a full search effort.
We will work directly with you to review and assist in creating an effective position profile. You will be asked to name or approve companies targeted in the recruiting effort.
We will source and contact difficult to find prospective candidates currently employed, or recently employed by your competition. Prospective candidates will be qualified based on your specific requirements for experience level, current position responsibilities and educational background. Each prospective candidate is furnished complete information on your company, the position responsibilities, reporting relationships, etc.
Profiles of 4 qualified and interested prospective candidates will be provided quickly and at a cost far less than a full executive search or recruiting fee. To take advantage of the cost-effective quality of this program, your recruiting staff should be in a position to make immediate contact with interested prospective candidates for a telephone screen.
Feedback from your recruiting staff should take place within 48 hours. If prospective candidates are deemed to be unqualified, notify us immediately and we will work to provide a replacement candidate.
You can expand the program at any time (at an additional fee) and you can hire multiple candidates sourced in the Candidate Development project at no additional fee.
Candidate Recruitment
Recommended for mid-level management, sales, operations, technical and administrative positions at $50,000 to $150,000 compensation levels.
We assist in reviewing and refining the position profile. Candidates are identified, qualified, screened and presented to your recruiting staff until a hire is made. This is an expanded research and candidate development project in which we provide the initial stages of executive search - candidate sourcing, qualification, recruiting, and some marginal relationship development.
After qualified and screened by our staff, a candidate profile and resume is sent to your staff.
Your recruiting and/or executive staff provides the concluding support- candidate interviews, reference checks, offers, offer negotiations, counter-offer handling, and closing. Candidates should be contacted and phone or face-to-face interviews should be scheduled by your staff within 1-3 days of receiving the candidate resume and profile.
You provide us with feedback on each candidate and we work together to modify the position profile as needed.
An initial class of candidates is likely to be presented within 2-3 weeks of project start. This may vary. Our efforts in providing candidates continue until the completion of your hiring project.
