Refer a new Client and collect your Fast $1000 after the initial contract engagement begins with us. Collect another $1000 for every additional Contract Recruiter your referred Client engages through us! Collect another $1000 if any initial contract extends for 3 months or more!

Your referral may be any Company which has not previously been our Client OR a Company with which we have not worked as a Client or prospective Client within 180 days.
Qualifying for your Fast $1000 Cash Reward is easy:
- Complete the New Client Referral Form with 100% accuracy (all information required)
- We will make contact with any qualified Client you refer
- If we enter into a Contract engagement with your Client referral within 90 days of your referral, you will be eligible for the Fast $1000 Cash Reward
If the same Client referral is made by two or more people, only the first person (based on the date and time we received the New Client Referral Form) making the referral will be eligible for the Fast $1000 Cash Reward.
You will receive a $1000 check from Deare Recruiting Solutions within 30 days of the contract start date with your Client referral.
- No minimum contract assignment term is required
- No limit to the number of qualified Client referrals you can make
- No waiting for 3 months, 6 months or more like with most referral bonuses
The Fast $1000 Cash Reward applies only to referrals of Clients engaging Contract Recruiting, Contract Sourcing or Recruitment Consulting services with Deare Recruiting Solutions and does not apply to any other service offering or practice. All information on the New Client Referral Form must be provided and must be 100% accurate. You will be required to complete appropriate documentation and paperwork so we can process and send your check. This and all cash reward or referral bonus programs are subject to state and federal tax laws. Agencies are not eligible to participate. Deare Recruiting Solutions reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice.
