Peggy Deare - Vice President, Recruiting Operations

As Vice President of Recruiting Operations, Peggy Deare has played a major role in the implementation and customization of cutting edge technology-driven recruiting systems and processes within the firm. With a background in accounting, finance and computer systems Peggy has enjoyed the challenge of building best-in-class research, sourcing, recruiting, information management and operations platforms at Deare.

In addition to her operations work, Peggy works closely with clients, contractors and candidates in our Contract Recruiting and Direct Placement business. Serving as a critical point of communication and coordination during the on-boarding process, Peggy works to provide an easy and seamless contracting and hiring process.

Having made her name (which changed in September 2007 when she married Rick Deare) in the recruiting business as a prolific Sourcing Specialist and Recruiter, Peggy continues hands-on work in research, candidate sourcing, pipeline generation and recruitment as she continues to refine systems and processes.
