Eleanor Baughman - Recruiting Manager

As Recruiting Manager, Eleanor Baughman is responsible for client relationships and candidate recruiting in our Direct Placement division. Leveraging her broad and successful background in the staffing industry, Eleanor plays a key impact role in our IT Services Recruiting practice placing high performing Executives, Account Managers and Recruiters with high growth firms. As an experienced Executive Recruiter and Business Development Manager, Eleanor has also taken on business development strategy responsibilities within our Contract Services division.
